REKOR "Skin Care Wash" Bactericidal Cleanser

Skin Care Wash has a disinfecting action thanks to the chlorhexidine digluconate it contains. The cleansing action of Skin Care Wash, provided by cocamidopropyl betaine, lifts dirt and impurities from the skin and holds them in suspension, preventing them from redepositing on the skin. Simply wiping with a paper towel or a wipe leaves the skin thoroughly clean without the need for water, which often worsens skin conditions. Mode of action of chlorhexidine: chlorhexidine is a broad-spectrum antiseptic. It has bacteriostatic or bactericidal effects. It is bactericidal at very low concentrations (0.05%) and has a residual, cumulative effect. It is primarily used as a skin antiseptic. It has low toxicity, except to the middle ear, and must not be used in the ears. NB: antiseptic agents do not sterilise; they temporarily reduce the number of microorganisms. Composition: chlorhexidine digluconate CAS 1472-51-0 3%, ampholyt 20 CAS 139734-65-9 0.1%. Directions for use: spray or apply Skin Care Wash by hand onto the area to be cleaned. Rub gently into a lather and leave to act for at least 30 seconds depending on the desired effect. Wipe off after application. Do not rinse. A bandage may be required to keep a wound protected from bacteria. For an optimal hygiene routine, you can follow up with Skin Care Solution as a wrap. Skin Care Wash can be diluted at a rate of 50 ml per litre of water for a body wash for all skin conditions (sweet itch, dermatophilosis / mud fever, lick granuloma in dogs, etc.). Precautions for use: for external use only. Store the product away from sunlight in its original packaging. Reseal tightly after each use. Keep out of reach of children. Contains no substances likely to contravene FFE, FEI or racing regulations. Do not use in combination with iodine-based products.
