During the summer months, bites from flying insects (mosquitoes, Culicoides midges, flies, horseflies, etc.) can cause itching with a risk of infection. 

ITCH REMEDY is a non-greasy ointment designed to soothe this itching in horses suffering from sweet itch. 

ITCH REMEDY combines the properties of essential oils, plant oils and herbal extracts to leave the mane and tail supple and silky, restore vitality and shine to damaged hair, and soothe itching.

First applications:

Pour a generous dollop of ITCH REMEDY ointment into the palm of your hand, then coat the base of the tail and mane. Massage vigorously against the lie of the hair to bring the ointment into contact with the skin and thoroughly coat the mane and tail. Apply 2 or 3 times a day for the first few days, then gradually reduce frequency to one application per week.

Subsequent applications:

One application per week or as soon as rubbing reappears.
