An imbalance in the microflora, known as dysbiosis, can compromise your horse's health and performance. Many factors can trigger these imbalances: sudden changes in diet or environment, stress, weaning, lack of roughage, excess fermentable carbohydrates (starch), etc. Whatever the cause, these microbial imbalances lead to the proliferation of cellulolytic bacteria and the production and accumulation of lactic acid, carrying a risk of lactic acidosis.
EQUIFLORA is a unique solution that combines two actions.
