Aloe vera has been known for thousands of years for its many benefits thanks to its composition containing at least 200 compounds, including vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B12, C, E, etc., minerals such as zinc, copper, iron, potassium, sodium, etc., polyphenols, rare antioxidants, long-chain sugar polysaccharides (glucose, mannose, cellulose), essential amino acids, and essential fatty acids.
